The Colorado Springs World Arena will refund tickets that have already been purchased. Individuals who have purchased tickets via phone or Internet, will automatically be given a full refund on the same credit card that was used to purchase the tickets. No further action is required.
If tickets were purchased at the World Arena or Pikes Peak Center Box Offices or a TicketsWest outlet, refunds will be made available beginning on Monday, October 20, 2008 at 12 noon at the location at which tickets were purchased.
